Chef Verhasselt will be Brussels Airlines’ 16th Star Chef, succeeding Arabelle Meirlaen. He is known for his refined Belgian cuisine with a creative touch, focusing on seasonal ingredients and local products.

“Travelling is so much more than going from point A to point B, it is a true experience,” said Philip Mortier, Inflight Product Manager, Brussels Airlines. “We are proud to be able to collaborate once again with a great reference in Belgian gastronomy. His vision and craftsmanship are perfectly in line with our values. With Glenn as our new Star Chef, we continue to show the world the best of Belgium.”
