Glasgow Airport has opened a state-of-the-art new Valet Hub, replacing the existing valet parking product. Designed to deliver a seamless and premium experience for passengers, the Valet Hub features:

  • New entrances from the main road network for improved access.
  • A new twin Vehicle Damage Recognition System (VDRS) taking images of vehicles on arrival.
  • Additional arrival lanes to make car drop off as seamless as possible.
  • A dedicated Valet Hub building complete with self-service check-in kiosks, secure key storage and state-of-the-art key collection lockers with staff on hand to help.
  • Dedicated return spaces to pick up your vehicle following your trip.

To support the growing popularity of valet parking, Glasgow Airport has also created an additional 2,500 valet storage spaces within the long-stay car park, ensuring capacity for increased demand.

“Valet parking has become one of our most popular products, and this investment demonstrates our commitment to enhancing the customer experience,” said Ruth Cousin, Surface Access Director, AGS Airports. “The new Valet Hub will provide passengers with a fast, convenient, and secure service, supported by cutting-edge technology and a dedicated team.”
